Only point that could be improved is with gifts that are personalised, where the customer has choice of lettering. Would be good to have an automatic 'double check' so that customer is sure they have given correct spelling and lettering , without having to 'dither' and go back to previous page , and not be sure at that stage that the personalised message will show up. However, all in all a good website and products. And product was shipped and arrived on time as stated. Would use Gift Experience again.”
