“I have been very satisfied with gifts I have bought from The Gift Experience until the last purchase just recently. I tried to purchase a birthday mug for a friend's 60th birthday but I had difficulty with the online order so I phoned the order and the girl at the end of the telephone wrote down the details.. The mug arrived in time but the word 'future' on the back of the mug was misspelt 'futurre'. The birthday month 'February' was also misspelt. I have given the mug and the friend and I just joked about it but it was an embarrassment to me and a disappointment. I tried to send feedback to The Gift Experience but again when trying to click the 'feedback' could not get this to work. I will continue to use the company but have been disappointed this time. “I bought an acre of the moon for my young niece who has a keen interest in astronomy and was getting a telescope to view the moon for her Christmas. She loved the idea that she owned part of the moon and had her certificate and moon map. Lots of detail for a great price.
Just a shame we had to arrange printing of it all ourselves. Would have been great to get it as a hard copy package.”

“Presents were great. However, both my sister and I made the same mistake by misunderstanding the "orders dispatched within 3-4 working days". We wrongly assumed that this included delivery time. We would have both paid for the express service had we known. As our orders were placed separately and several thousand miles apart I wonder how may other people have made this error too. Perhaps you could give an estimated delivery time too. This would have helped us enormously.”
