“I have ordered 2 personalised cushions, for different events and unfortunately each cushion received was incorrect. The Customer Services couldn't have been helpful and ordered the replacements straight away. However this didn't replace the burst of the "surprise bubble", especially as it was the 2nd of happening.
I would seriously advise them to address their Quality control procedures/personnel because for this to happen twice to the same customer is not good for business.”

The only complaint is a very late delivery which was not on time for the occasion it was bought for. Something has to be done about time from order to delivery as the transit is appalling.”
