“I ordered 2 items for a 10 year Anniversary, both to be inscribed. The gifts turned up on time but unfortunately one of the items had an incorrect spelling. I contacted customer services and they sent out a replacement immediately. The gifts, bottle of Champagne and photo frame, were well received by the recipients and found the original incorrect spelling very amusing.”

“I had not heard of The Gift Experience before I made the recent purchase. I had searched on line for 40th anniversary presents and their web site came up. I was impressed withe the range of gifts they had available and the cost of the gifts. There was something to suit a wide range of budget limitations. I placed an order on Saturday afternoon and the gifts arrived on Thursday(one was a personalised gift). What I really liked was that both items came in the same parcel. My only grouse was the fabric of the cushion felt quite synthetic which I was not expecting. I thought it would feel more like cotton. I would certainly use the site again when shopping for special and different gifts.”

The clock exceeded expectations and the aprons were of a good quality but not all of the information I had listed was printed, otherwise my rating would have been Very Good.”
