“I had not heard of The Gift Experience before I made the recent purchase. I had searched on line for 40th anniversary presents and their web site came up. I was impressed withe the range of gifts they had available and the cost of the gifts. There was something to suit a wide range of budget limitations. I placed an order on Saturday afternoon and the gifts arrived on Thursday(one was a personalised gift). What I really liked was that both items came in the same parcel. My only grouse was the fabric of the cushion felt quite synthetic which I was not expecting. I thought it would feel more like cotton. I would certainly use the site again when shopping for special and different gifts.”
“Ordered 2 items, a clock and a set of aprons with the date of the anniversary printed on. No hassle in ordering or paying for the items or delivery. The clock exceeded expectations and the aprons were of a good quality but not all of the information I had listed was printed, otherwise my rating would have been Very Good.”
“Only complaint is that it doesn't show you the difference in delivery price for other countries until after you've purchased the item so I ended up spending over €10 on delivery. Other wise good service and great gift ideas”

“Overall I have found the extent and quality of gifts/experiences to be excellent and when necessary customer service have successfully answered and rectified any difficulties I have encountered. I believe the Company could consider offering a tracking facility for orders as after placing orders for family/friends at different addresses you are left a little in the dark as to if, or when, the order has been delivered. This can have the effect of spoiling any "surprise" element to the gift as, on occasion, I have had to contact the intended recipient to check if the gift has arrived on time and as expected. Nevertheless this is a Company I will happily continue to place orders with.”

When contacting customer services re my query regarding a partial delivery it was dealt with professionally. I would recommend this company.”
