“I ordered a wedding couple bottle stopper,but was disappointed when it arrived,the bride and grooms legs were made out of pot,when I opened the packaging they were broken
I got straight in touch with the company,and had to send them a photo of the damaged goods
On doing this they sent me a replacement out straight away,,I received it 2 days later

“I ordered a plate and was surprised and pleased to receive a proof by e-mail, with a message from the person who had designed it. That was a nice touch, but I was a little disappointed with the final image, which had much paler colours than the original and of the proof.”
