“Products are great. Just arrived late and missed valentines day. I ordered with the promise of dispatch in 24 hours, giving 6 days for the items to arrive. Still late and paid nearly £5 post.

“When my cushion came I was rather disappointed with the quality and it had a flaw in it. It came shoved in a box without any protection. In all fairness the customer service were very understanding and sent me another cover - Which was ok. I wouldn’t get another one as I’ve seen a much better quality cushion for less money too.”
“I brought this as a present for my niece, although the rocking horse itself was nice. The engraving of the name itself was very light compared to the picture. You could hardly make out the name as the engraving was thin. Not worth £150”

I was very pleased with my purchase however, I had paid extra for gift wrapping which I feel a child could have done better. The wrapping the quality of the paper was inferior. The box my purchase came in was falling apart when I received it.
