The print I got on my Decanter Label was very plain compared to what was shown on the picture-I don’t recall seeing any options for a different font! The postage and packing charge was not reasonable given the size of the item I purchased. On the plus side it arrived guickly and it was otherwise as described.

There is a no-needing line printed on plate. Take longer than I expected to deliver. For these 2 reasons I can not give your very good.

As this was a gift and I asked it to be gift wrapped so therefore I can not say what the product was like until it is opened by the recipient

Ordered a cushion for my daughter's graduation. Whilst the cushion wording & printing were ok - having just seen the cushion I am dissapointed with the size of cushion pad. This does not fill the cushion cover. Delivery was also disappointing having paid for first class delivery & informed on dispatch it then took five days to deliver!!!!

Delivery was very slow. It finally did arrive (later than the birthday for which it was intended) and the product was satisfactory.

The gift I ordered was beautiful beautiful. However the card went to the ireland instead of Derbyshire with the gift which was very.l disappointing

It enabled me to buy a surprise gift for my husband. However' the paperweight that I bought for him was smaller than I had imagined it would be from the photo on your website.

The gift of a wine tasting was a present for my son's birthday. Sadly the company didn't get the email to him . I had to ask him why 'no thank you' and then follow up with Gift Experience by telephoning from South Africa to England to ensure the email was sent. Although the day may be amazing such a fault in simple admin is very disappointing.

The gifts bought for my brother and sister-in-law's 30th Anniversary (cushion and 2 mugs) were a great idea, were well packed and arrived very quickly. On the down side, it wasn't clear what was going on the reverse of the mug (I must have been tired and misunderstood the instructions), so I could have created something better. The main reason for the marking down of the Gift Experience. however, was that I was supposed to receive the mugs at half price due to a promotion under which they were ordered. This didn't happen on the automatic online ordering site so I ended up paying the full price. Sad.

The gifts themselves were as I expected. Engraved items were well done. Only part of the order was delivered even though the delivery note said order complete. I had to phone up to find out what had happened. The item was forgotten and as soon as I said which item it was they immediately apologised. They sent it by first class post so luckily it arrived a day before it was needed.

I was very pleased with the silver jewel box, it's for my son's wedding day and it's to hold the wedding rings until appropriate moment in the ceremony. However, I was very disappointed with the engraving. It is very lightly done and at first glance you can't see it has been engraved at all, you have to angle the box and hold it under the light to see it.

The 3 is only for the quality of the customer service from the company, not for the product which was not as it was displayed in the picture. Given it was for a gift and was also delivered later than advertised this was just an overall disappointment. Shame. As I said the service and the emailing responses were very polite and helpful.

The gift itself is lovely, exactly what I had hoped for. Unfortunately they sent me a gift with the wrong year. Thankfully I checked and had allowed enough time for them to re deliver the correct one. On a positive note they responded quickly and positively. They just need to get their QC sorted

Bit of a 'faff' over the delivery of the 'gift'. I paid the extra for the 'Next Working Day Delivery' (purchased within the required timeframes to qualify for such) and received an email from the courier stating that they had picked the item up and would advise when it was out for delivery. The delivery did not materialise on the day that I requested/had paid for, and I had no message from anyone apologising for the delay. I sent an email articulating my annoyance and all I got in return was a reply from 'Buy a Gift', with no explanation or apology at all, but with a voucher attached to the email in lieu of the actual delivery of the item that I had paid extra for! Anyway, I called 'The Gift Experience' and was helpfully dealt with. The item was delivered the following day (a day late but just in time for a birthday) and I was refunded the P&P.
