“I ordered a photo frame for Father's Day, which arrived quickly but in pretty poor packaging and unfortunately the glass was broken. I contacted The Gift Experience, who dealt with the matter quickly and sent out a new frame that was very well packaged and arrived intact. Frame is absolutely lovely. Despite the damaged first item, I would definitely buy again - great quality items & great response to customer feedback.”
