“I never buy anything on line so unless I can buy on a phone call I do not buy. The gentleman I spoke to at The Gift Experience was very helpful when I explained my situation and that I need the items within the week of talking to him. I made the purchase within minutes of talking to him, we agreed the delivery service, I paid for the order and within 3 days the goods had arrived. That is what I cal excellent service and customer satisfaction. I think more companies should offer telephone orders or on line orders to suit the customer. Well Done.”

“Orderered two champagne glasses for a golden wedding present. I added their names and wedding and anniversary dates. They arrived in a few days very carefully packed and I was really pleased with them.”
“Gift arrived in time (*just* in time for me) and in perfect order -- both the recipient and myself were very chaffed with it. Would have appreciated one or two additional updates during the process, though (time until dispatch was up to four or five working days, and I hadn't received any update during that time). Would also have liked to see a preview of the finalized product.”
