“I ordered a personalised cheeseboard. The website does not allow you to select the layout and when it arrived the wording barely made sense, being incorrectly spaced. I contacted Gift Experience and they were very helpful and immediately arranged a replacement. Originally I paid for next day delivery and that service was faultless , for the replacement also. I was given a 1hr time slot which was strictly adhered to.
I did request that the layout was confirmed to me prior to sending the replacement, which did not happen, but fortunately it was processed as I had requested.
It would be better if an option to display the layout was included when placing the order.”

“I can’t find anyway of ordering from your site, surely this must be the most important aspect of your business. You keep sending me review emails. But with no obvious link to your ordering dept. Also your emails very strangely have a do not reply, this is bordering on insanity, surely as a sales organisation the one thing that you want most of all is for people to engage with you and order items. Not to be told “ do not reply” surely you should put on your page a clear link for people to place an order, not tell them “ do not reply “. Whenever I see this on a em my reaction is , well if you guys don’t want to speak to me, then I don’t want to speak you . End result, you’ve lost a client.
But of course if you think your way is best, maybe you should advise Amazon that they are doing it all wrong and your technique is best.
