“Ordered gift for my Granddaughter’s 18th birthday later this month.
It arrived in 4 days which considering it was the week before Christmas was very impressive. The gift itself was lovely and I know she will be very happy with it.
The only criticism I have is that it could have been packed better, it was not fragile, it was a teddy bear but just shoved in a cardboard box without any tissue or bags. The box was a bit dented on arrival, Royal Mail obviously just chuck parcels about, luckily no damage to gift.
On the whole very pleased but not sure I would order anything breakable from this Company.”
