“I was very disappointed at the service. i ordered a personalised gift well in advance of the anniversary date however it did not arrive on time. Trying to make contact to chase this was also difficult no telephone service, and email had a 48hr response time. Money taken at time of ordering but after chasing this for the 2nd time i was told my item had been delivered, when it clearly had not, then was told to collect it from a depot 500 miles away. in the end the tracking number did not relate to my package at all it was from 2018. Then i was told it was out for delivery, this took another week. I would not use this site again or recommend to a friend.”
