“Due to my mistake the engraving on the item was not quite right, they contacted me and the mistake was rectified. However this put the delivery back, meaning it wouldn't be on time for my wife's birthday, when I explained this, they pulled out all the stop's and my wife got her gift on time. Phew !!”
