The gift arrived very quickly but sadly the personalisation was completely wrong! There was obviously a mix up in despatch and I can only assume that someone got my order. It was sorted very quickly and the correct one arrived a couple of days later. It would appear more care needs to be taken to ensure the correct item is dispatched.
