“I bought 2 personalised items for my Grandson's 18th birthday. Lovely keepsakes and useful to him, too. As usual, prompt and efficient service from The Gift Experience. Thank you!”
“It is quite difficult to find an appropriate gift to celebrate a Ruby Wedding and your "engraved" personalised cushion fitted the bill exactly. I delivered it at a party last night and it was received with delight by the happy couple, and shown of to other guests.”
“Despite contacting the customer service team, I still haven’t received my item. This was ordered on 17.7.25 and reordered on 5.8.25.
I explained this was for a 50th birthday - but no fast track delivery was offered. And I still haven’t received the order.
I will not be using this site again”
“Mantle Clock arrived exactly as described and within the specified time scale. We are delighted with the quality of the product and the level of service”
“I ordered a personalised photo frame but it arrived unfortunately with a scratch on the wording .
After emailing them back about this they immediately said that they would send another one in it's place . I have now received this and it's perfect. A good and prompt service , would recommend.”
“After reading reviews on this 25th wedding anniversary vase I decided to purchase it for my sister & brother-in-law. Thought it would be a lovely gift for them.
I expected it to arrive in a lovely presentation box as I had read it does from the reviews I had read but be aware it doesn't! It arrived in a thick plane cardboard box which makes it look like a cheap vase you could have bought from a market stall.
I'm not impressed at all & will not be purchasing from the Gift Experience again.”
