“After reading reviews on this 25th wedding anniversary vase I decided to purchase it for my sister & brother-in-law. Thought it would be a lovely gift for them.
I expected it to arrive in a lovely presentation box as I had read it does from the reviews I had read but be aware it doesn't! It arrived in a thick plane cardboard box which makes it look like a cheap vase you could have bought from a market stall.
I'm not impressed at all & will not be purchasing from the Gift Experience again.”
“I bought the 30th Anniversary Wine Glasses for my parent’s anniversary. I was worried that it might not be delivered in time (my own fault for ordering later than I should have) but they arrived with several days to spare in great packaging!! The customer service team was amazing!! I had emailed them asking for an estimated date and they replied quickly with a good estimate, and it even arrived before then which I was super happy about! The glasses themselves are beautiful and I can’t wait to give them to my parents! Everything went absolutely amazingly and I most certainly shall be getting from The Gift Experience again in the future, they are perfect for any sort of gift for anniversaries, and I’m sure birthdays and other events too!! “I purchased a pair of personalised diamond wedding anniversary cushions and a pair of personalised diamond wedding mugs, as a keepsake to remember the occasion by. The quality of the products is very good and the personalisation is definitely what I was seeking. My only criticisms would be that the printing on the cushions is not as dark as I would have liked and certainly lighter than in the marketing images, the costs are somewhat on the high side, and I thought that the delivery charges were very expensive. However, it's a once in a lifetime occasion so I was willing to pay the premium charges.”
