“Wasn't clear when ordering that item would be sent from USA and not produced in UK. Item therefore didn't arrive in expected timeframe and late for anniversary.
The detail is 'Americanised' with regard historical information which is disappointing. Feel item is overpriced.
Pity really as the idea and market could be so much better.”

“Really lovely personalisation of a 6 x 4 photo album, just how I imagined. The only downside is that when the product arrived the sleeves of the album appeared to have been under some stress, maybe in packaging or in transit. They were not pristine, but I’m sure once filled with photos the stress signs will be negligible.”

The delivery information states it will be despatched within 1 to 3 working days!”
