When I received the package I opened it to check it out, lucky I did as I found a spelling error on the certificate I sent an email to Great Gift as I thought they were the ones I needed to contact. I received a reply back saying I needed to contact The Gift Experience which I did. They were really quick in coming back to me and apologised for the error. Within a couple of days I received the corrected certificate. I was impressed with their quickness in sorting the problem out and they were very professional.
