Valentines message was NOT included either. £7.50 for next day delivery which took 3 days anyway is extortionate. I would not use again or recommend to family or friends.”

The actual bauble is of a good quality but the actual picture and words are stuck on circles of plastic both of which fell off and had to be superglued on. Not what I was expecting and disappointing, lowered the quality of the item.”
