“My order was dispatched on the same day of orderting and recieved within 2 working days. The delivery fee was reasonable considering the speedy service. Can't fault them!”

“Great value for money, would highly recommend TFC (they need to advise RoyalMail guys not to leave the parcel outside the door, that too in rain as happened in my case & it could have been stolen...)”

If you happened to take a photo of how the parcel was left, please feel free to send it over and we’ll happily raise this with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with the courier, we don’t have direct control over how individual deliveries are handled, even when delivery instructions are provided. Thankfully, situations like this are quite rare, but we completely understand how frustrating it can be when they do occur. What we can control is how we look after our customers. If a parcel is ever lost, damaged, or left somewhere unsafe, just let us know and we’ll always step in to make sure you’re taken care of. Thanks again for your understanding. Mike

“The item I purchased was accurately described on your website, the order process was quick and easy, and the price (which was reduced) was cheaper than that other well known online (box shifter) companyr, that most people order from. Delivery was Royal Mail 48 hours, however I had to wait an additional 24 hours, as I placed my order on a Friday.”

With regard your Royal Mail delivery, I can see the order was placed at 12:57pm on Friday, and delivered at 12:25pm on the following Monday. We've only recently introduced Royal Mail as a cheaper shipping option, so we're still gathering data on how fast it is for our customers. “This would be five-star review but for the lack of initial response to my order. Something more like the eBay system of 'Order received', 'Despatch date estimated', 'Despatched', ETA tracking - or just a stream of emails would be better. Otherwise great, excellent delivery, packaging, excellent product very responsive and easy to read analog thermometer with 0.2 deg C accuracy and gradations”
