Hi Shane, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that the items in your order were listed on our website as “Available - Ships in 3-5 Working Days”. This is because they are brought in from our supplier specifically to fulfil customer orders. Your order was delivered at 10:15am on the fifth working day, so admittedly towards the end of the advertised timescale, but still within the delivery period stated on the site. We always aim to make our delivery estimates as clear as possible on our product pages so customers know what to expect before ordering. If an order is particularly urgent, we’d always recommend giving us a call before placing the order, as we can often advise on the quickest available options or suggest alternative products that may be available sooner.
