“I've gone to several training days with the flash centre and each time I've been the guys are amazing, know there stuff and if they don't they find out. However my last experience with a product I bought and had to return I have to be honest and say these guys make you feel part of the family. Nothing is a problem, showed me how to sync my trigger what things meant and even sent me a video how to connect a part to my softbox. Birmingham centre is where I'll go if I ever want to purchase, take part on training or need help with any of my equipment because both these gents know how to keep a customer and how to provide customer services.”

“The order was satisfied in two deliveries. The first delivery was for 8 of 10 of a single product. I was told to expect 8 items but I received no information about the other 2 until I emailed to enquire, about a week after my order. Surprise, surprise! I received an email to say that the remaining 2 were being despatched. Please improve your standards of communication with your customers.”

“I have been purchasing all of my elinchrom gear from the Flash Centre since 2015, and I am very happy with their services, and my recent order is no exception, although O had some fragile equipment which were shipped overseas to my studio, it was well packed and protected, thanks a lot to everyone at the Flash Centre and looking forward for purchasing more gear from you in the near future.”
