“This would be five-star review but for the lack of initial response to my order. Something more like the eBay system of 'Order received', 'Despatch date estimated', 'Despatched', ETA tracking - or just a stream of emails would be better. Otherwise great, excellent delivery, packaging, excellent product very responsive and easy to read analog thermometer with 0.2 deg C accuracy and gradations”

“TFC had the unit I wanted in stock and at a competitive price. It came well-packaged and in a short time frame. The product (a print viewing lamp made by Calibrite) is excelent too.”

This will give smaller items the option of a £4.50 Royal Mail 2–3 day service, alongside our express £9.95 UPS delivery, which you received on this order. We also offer free delivery on all orders over £150, and we’re glad you were able to take advantage of the free delivery voucher by signing up to our newsletter. At the moment, we are in the middle of weighing and measuring our full range of over 3,000+ products to enable this change. We expect the new pricing structure to be live within the next few weeks, and I can confirm that the item from your recent order will qualify for the lower-cost small item service. Hi Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and we’re really sorry for the frustration caused here. Before your purchase, we did discuss compatibility on the phone and explained that we couldn’t be 100% certain the PocketWizard Plus X would work with the Profoto A10. Based on our experience, we advised that devices with a 3.5mm sync input are usually compatible, but we were transparent at the time that this couldn’t be 100% guaranteed. As it turns out, the Profoto A10 does not have a 3.5mm sync input, and whilst we did not know this at the time, we now have this information locked-in for the next customer. As soon as we realised the setup wasn’t suitable for your needs, we arranged a UPS collection and, despite difficulty matching you availability with the UPS collection attempts, we went ahead and processed your refund so you weren’t left out of pocket. We know you're now off on holiday, so we’ll be happy to rebook the collection once you’re back in the new year. We always aim to give the best advice possible and genuinely appreciate your understanding that, with some third-party compatibility questions, there can occasionally be uncertainty. We try our best to offer the most accurate advise, but we are only human. If you ever need help choosing the right gear in the future, we’re always more than happy to help.
