Hi Shane, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that the items in your order were listed on our website as “Available - Ships in 3-5 Working Days”. This is because they are brought in from our supplier specifically to fulfil customer orders. Your order was delivered at 10:15am on the fifth working day, so admittedly towards the end of the advertised timescale, but still within the delivery period stated on the site. We always aim to make our delivery estimates as clear as possible on our product pages so customers know what to expect before ordering. If an order is particularly urgent, we’d always recommend giving us a call before placing the order, as we can often advise on the quickest available options or suggest alternative products that may be available sooner. “We have dealt with the Flash Center for about 30 years,we purchased all our elinchrom studio flash and high glide of them, Elinchrom have proven to be a great buy,used hard daily they have proven to be very reliable occasionally they need servicing which the Flash Center do for us to a high standard. To day would we buy Elinchrom again? absolutely!”

“Phoned ahead of ordering to get more info on a product line. Rather than blagging it, the first person I spoke to put me through to a colleague with more knowledge. That person was able to tell me all I needed to know to place my order with confidence. Also, dispatch is quick even by today's standards. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“The flash centre was so helpful and despatched my item within 1 hour of making the order 100% recommended. But there delivery service the used was absolutely rubbish. I ordered on a Wednesday and it got delivered on Monday. With the courier saying he had tried to deliver but no safe place to leave the parcel. When in fact no delivery was attempted as I have cctv to prove this and they said my delivery was going to be delivered 11.00am to 13.30 and they said they had tried to deliver at 8.30am? Please flash centre drop this courier as they will make you loose customers.”

“Rang up to check stock levels of products were available for immediate dispatch. Was told on the phone that items ordered before 2pm would be sent via UPS next day. Placed order at 11am and recieved tracking for Royal Mail 48. The only reason for the order was due to a mess up by Royal Mail on a seperate delivery from elsewhere so was very frustrated at this. However who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in doing what they could to ensure the delivery was made, albeit 24 hours later than planned.”
