“The Flash Centre is a great place to deal with. I recently purchased a think tank essentials rolling convertible backpack at nearly £50 cheaper than anywhere else I found. The bag is excellent and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Communication was great, my parcel well packaged and dispatched within the specified timeframe. Hi, thank you so much for the 5-star review! Just to give you a bit of extra feedback on your comments. UPS, like any couriers we've used, do sometimes sub-contract third party couriers or drivers to share the load during peak times. These normally being Black Friday, the run up to Christmas, and the summer holidays (when lots of the regular drivers take time off). This in itself is not unusual or unexpected. That being said, we do have strict instructions on our account that all parcels be delivered with a confirmed signature, to keep packages safe, and it is a concern that this instruction was ignored. We have fed back your comments to our UPS account manager so that it can be investigated with the relevant depot and/or driver. The good news is, it looks like on this occasion you did get the item on a next working day service as expected, but not in the perfect circumstances. So we will investigate with UPS to help improve things next time. Thanks again, and we look forward to serving you again soon! Mike
