“The Flash Centre is a great place to deal with. I recently purchased a think tank essentials rolling convertible backpack at nearly £50 cheaper than anywhere else I found. The bag is excellent and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Communication was great, my parcel well packaged and dispatched within the specified timeframe. “It was ment to be delivered by ups but some other company delivered it, but left outside. Luckily I just came the corner as he was driving off”

Hi, thank you so much for the 5-star review! Just to give you a bit of extra feedback on your comments. UPS, like any couriers we've used, do sometimes sub-contract third party couriers or drivers to share the load during peak times. These normally being Black Friday, the run up to Christmas, and the summer holidays (when lots of the regular drivers take time off). This in itself is not unusual or unexpected. That being said, we do have strict instructions on our account that all parcels be delivered with a confirmed signature, to keep packages safe, and it is a concern that this instruction was ignored. We have fed back your comments to our UPS account manager so that it can be investigated with the relevant depot and/or driver. The good news is, it looks like on this occasion you did get the item on a next working day service as expected, but not in the perfect circumstances. So we will investigate with UPS to help improve things next time. Thanks again, and we look forward to serving you again soon! Mike

“Products and pricing is competitive. Service was good, product arrived well packaged and as expected when unboxed. My only gripe is the service from UPS, it was ordered with next day delivery on Thursday late morning but was not collected until late Friday by UPS, they kept the package in Tamworth over the weekend and delivered it Monday lunchtime. Had I needed the item at the weekend it would have been a let down. Despite this TFC get 5 stars.”

Hi Carl, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I'm very sorry to hear you had some issues with the UPS delivery though. I've done some digging, and there's a mysterious 48 hour window between the package leaving the main Tamworth depot and arriving in you local depot. That process normally only takes half a day or so, so it's very unusual! We'll feed it back to UPS, see what caused the issue, and ask if there's anything we can do to help them make sure that doesn't happen again. We look forward to serving you again soon! Mike

“It's always worrying when you order a small part for use in other equipment, specifically in this case a battery for a 14 year old DSLR Camera. There's always the risk that you end up ordering the incorrect item or not receiving the branded item that you ordered and wanted. I need't have concerned myself, the correct branded item was delivered promptly and I was kept informed of progress with the oncoming delivery -thanks”
