I've still not received my purchase Update, the issues with delivery was all to do with UPS, i don't know how UPS is still in business i've had issues with them with delivering from other suppliers, they say your item is out for delivery so you wait in all day, nobody calls you, and then you get a message to say you weren't home so we've taken it to a local pick-up area. When they didn't even attempt to deliver it. Jason from the flash centre was amazing at helping me to get UPS to deliver it to me, great customer service. I'm upping my rating from 1 star to a 4 star (its not a 5 star as i wish TFC would drop UPS as they're courier).

The order was satisfied in two deliveries. The first delivery was for 8 of 10 of a single product. I was told to expect 8 items but I received no information about the other 2 until I emailed to enquire, about a week after my order. Surprise, surprise! I received an email to say that the remaining 2 were being despatched. Please improve your standards of communication with your customers.

Revising my 1-star review to 4 stars because the issue was with emails going into my Spam not with The Flash Centre customer service - Sorry about that. 4 stars instead of 5 because the item description could be clearer on having to claim the extra item via the manufactures website - I was under the impression I was receiving it at the same time and it has caused issues with a job I'm on. But I'm happy with TFC and recommend them. Cheers

In this case, the free gift with your Calibrite ColorChecker Passport DUO is claimed directly from Calibrite and does not arrive in the box. The product I purchased, Lastolite Ezybox Micro, was adequately packaged, but their delivery courier, UPS, is pants. Okay, albeit was a Standard Delivery, free, but UPS taking 5 days with no updates, till the actual delivery date. I will not be buying from any dealer that uses UPS !! It's DPD all the way for me or not at all. All said and done, The Flash Centre buy proved the cheapest in the UK, but that was only because of a Promo Code applied.

Service good but it would be better if there were several delivery charges since for a small item-a card reader- the charge was much too high but luckily was offset by the saving in the sale price. Otherwise would not have bought from Flash Centre.

they split the shipment which wasn't an issue this time… BUT its better to have one delivery as it allows me to manage my time better. Quick phone call would have saved you the second delivery charge.

Hi Robbie, Unfortunately, your order was split because not all of the items were available in the same location, so some came from our Leeds branch and some came from our main warehouse. Sending them separately, directly to you, means you get them faster and of course, the charge to you is the same either way. We're looking at ways of keeping customers better informed when a delivery might come in two parts like this and your feedback is very useful to us. Thanks - Alex

Love the guys there they alway do their best. I would have given the 5 stars but they failed to let me know that the one order was two deliveries so I thought they hadn’t packed the missing item other than that all good

In theory, you are supposed to receive an automated email for each part of a delivery which would include the tracking number for each parcel. We will have a look into this to see why perhaps you did not get this, or if there is anything we can do to improve the timing or contents of these emails to ensure you get all the information you need as clearly as possible. you need to review your packing policy I received a padded case in a cardboard box twice its size padded out with Plastic Bubble strips not very environmental aware ! Kids love jumping on them

Hi Philip, thanks for the positive review and constructive feedback. We'll send this over to the warehouse / packing team who'll be able to cross reference with your order. General info on our packaging policy: We do re-use as much packaging as we can from our incoming deliveries to help offset the impact to the environment of the packaging we do buy in. What this means is that whilst our goods aren't always delivered in custom size boxes and with uniform internal padding, we can at least get a second or third use out of much of the packaging we receivie from other suppliers. Anything that comes in that we cannot re-use (damaged, very messy etc), is recycled, and all packaging materials we buy in is recyclable (although this may not always be the case with the packaging we re-use). All that being said, if there's something we can be doing better, we will always look to do it, so we will make sure your review gets to the packer of your order for consideration. I purchased an item which 24 hours later was reduced by 20%. When I contacted you to ask for an explanation you ignored me. Consequently it will be the last time I buy from you. * UPDATE I was contacted by Flash Centre & given a credit note for the discount. I'm happy with this - thank you.
