“Your advertising states the 'freshness' of the products. This did not reflect in the taste of the frozen crab. The crab claws when deep fried were also bland. I have had several products over the last few years and these were slightly disappointing.”

“The smoked salmon I ordered for a New Year lunch was delicious in flavour and texture. I served it the old-fashioned way on thin triangles of brown bread. The only trouble was, some of the salmon slices were rather thick - thicker rhan last year. I like to cut them in strips and 'concertina' them on the the bread, so you get a luscious mouthful. The thickness of some of the slices made this difficult. Apart from that, lovely.”

“The Fish Society totally failed with a Christmas order, thet sent it to the wrong address! So a relative didn't get their present and I got a delivery I couldn't use. They didn't even apologise when their error was pointed out. I don't recommend them and won't be using them again.”

“Poor choice of delivery firm. The package was delayed by a day in transit. Scallops were defrosted upon receipt—loss of food that had to be discarded for safety, resulting in costs not satisfied.”

“I ordered a seafood platter but had to cancel because the new customer discount code was not applied. My cancellation was acknowledged and I re-ordered - and the discount was applied. Unfortunately both boxes arrived, one without the discount, and I have had to borrow freezer space from a neighbour because mine was full. Not very good service from Dean. The quality was ok apart from the lobster which was a bit chewy.”
