“When you want to cancel membership, be aware that the email provided on the web page does not exist!!!! Otherwise, products are of good quality and delivery service is good. I am very surprised and upset with this matter though”

“The quality was excellent. Less appreciated was the fact that the precious parcel was not handed over but left on the doorstep. Further you still address any communication to my husband Shafeek Azeez who died six years ago. Someone should have noticed that the order came from Mrs Jutta Azeez . Obviously admin is not what it should be!”

“We ordered a whole salmon for poaching, at a time shortly before Christmas, at a time when it was difficult to find a fishmonger who could provide a salmon at short notice. The website is easy to interact with. The Fish Society delivered the fish precisely when they said they would. The fish was fresh, well-packaged and came with useful instructions. It was delicious.”

“I ordered a whole side of smoked salmon for delivery on about the 22nd December. It arrived on time and extremely well packed. The fish was perfect, in our experience, significantly better than other similar products which we have tried.”

“I love every order I make as I am guaranteed quality product. The only downside was when they left my parcel outside my door and I did not know about it until a few hours later. Because of the good packaging the fish was still frozen but would have like to be made aware by the delivery people of the delivery so I could have received it and not risk being stolen or left there for more hours. Nevertheless I look forward to my next order with them.”
