“Disappointed with the lobsters. So much smaller than expected and also very tough. Had to throw them away.”

“It was my first time ordering from The Fish Society, and while I didn't speak with anyone, I thought the customer service after ordering was incredible. Lot's of detail around what to expect before the order arrived and then when it was delivered. Really impressed and will order again. Thank you.”

“I’ve never ordered fish online before and was worried about the quality, especially after reading some of the recent reviews online and I actually bought extra lobster from the supermarket as I was so worried. I emailed the company before receiving my order with my concerns and they replied promptly, and reassured me. The fish arrived on the day I had booked, still completely frozen so we defrosted as per the instructions and cooked it and WOW! The lobster tails we had were meaty, fresh and all round delicious - the perfect New Year’s Eve dinner. I’ve added some pictures of the raw lobster and the larger, de shelled lobster was the fish society, so you can really see the difference in size and quality.”

“The products arrived on the nominated day.In order to keep them frozen the packaging was very robust. The salmon wellington’s were very tasty as was the prawn Thai curry.”

“I love the fish which is generally superb. This last delivery was a little disappointing because one item was missing and two were frozen that should not have been frozen. The salmon roe and the trout roe. I have alerted customer service and they have credited me for the missing item but I haven't heard back from them yet about the 'frozen' roe. I suspect it was missed in the rush up to Christmas as the refund for the missing item was very quick.”
