“Very nice product well packaged but let down by the courier who dropped it over the garden gate onto the gravel path on a warm day in full sunshine and didnot bother to notify me of the delivery. Had I not witnessed the 'delivery' from the kitchen window the product would have been ruined. I compained to the courier DPD who sent me an Email saying it was delivered to a safe place and included a photo of the package on my gravel path in full sunshine. If the Fish Society continue to use DPD I will not order frozen food again from them.”

“My order arrived at the allotted time, but it was quite wet inside the box, so I am not sure if it really arrived in a timely manner, I had order shell on prawns and put them directly into the freezer and they seemed to be okay. Just a bit concerned about the amount of water inside the packaging.”

“Great Service and a good range. I lacked fish in my diet and local places were limited . I found this great alternative. Keen price delivery is really fast. My first time trying the website. “I order mussels and clams. The Mussels were mediocre at best. The majority of the clams did not even open, so inedible. I paid far more for this order than at my local fish monger ( he was on holiday ) and the quality was nothing like I am used to. I complained on Monday but they haven’t bother to reply, 4 days later. DO NOT USE, A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY”

“I have provided a five star rating on this occasion. This does not reflect on the quality of the produce which as ever was as good as or better than expected. The five star rating does reflect the expeditious and full response the Fish Society gave to a problem. On this rare occasion one item (out of three) was damaged in transport and The Fish Society (Dean, I believe) were quick to reply to my mail and the item was replaced in a very few days. Appreciated.”
