“Product is excellent, but delivery unreliable. Box left by DPD on the front doorstep in full view of the street. There was no ring on the door bell and by chance, three hours later when I looked at e-mail and saw confirmation of delivery the box had not been stolen. Fish Society should consider another delivery firm.”

“I always enjoy the Manx Kippers I buy of you unfortunately, I was in work when they arrived & the delivery driver left the box on my front door step. When I arrived home from work the next morning it wasn't there. I have asked the neighbours (who are very good) if any of them had seen my parcel, unfortunately not. It will take me a long time for me to get anything delivered from. Dpd”

“We love your products & quality, but are very unhappy that, despite living on the Mainland of U.K. (and being Members) we are charged a £20 delivery surcharge. Why should we be treated differently than customers in the far South West of Englang or The Isle of Wight? It is not a courier issue, since delivery is by 'Parcel Force', who have (correctly) standard rates for delivery within the U.K.. This premium makes you very uncompetitve versus local suppliers of fresh fish (and frozen) sourced and landed in Scotland.”

“Superb quality and super quick next day delivery. Expertly packed and arrives ready for freezer. Whole Dover sole and king prawns outstanding. The lobster bisque is restaurant quality.”
