The fish was great, but the delivery service you use terrible. I live on a fairly busy street in zone 2 London. The delivery driver did not ring the bell, did not knock, did not phone me, and instead left the fish propped up on the street against my front door. No text notifying me. It was there for at least twenty minutes before I discovered it. I checked and doorbell was working. Astonishingly lazy and reckless.

Hi John Thank you for sharing your review. While we're thrilled the fish was great, we are incredibly disappointed by the service you received from the delivery driver. Leaving an order propped against a front door on a busy street with no knock or text is reckless, and we don't blame you at all for being upset. Great the first time but ordered again and my delivery was 5 pm , it was clear they had been in the couriers vehicle all day and the fish was all defrosted on arrival , such a shame

Based on our past purchases of Sashimi grade salmon, quality is dropping, while price is increasing each time.

Fast efficient service and good quality fish. The prices are a little high, however, the convenience and quality make it worth while.

I brought 1 x small tin of fish. The amount of packaging usedthis very small order was shocking. The tin of fish ,however was delicious but I wouldn't order again due to such high paper wstage

This was the first order I placed after you had been highly recommended by a friend. Sadly the clams I ordered did not live up to expectations. They were almost completely void of any flesh inside the shells. I will provide a video and picture below.

Everything solid frozen had to wait 2 days for lobster to defrost and was chewy oysters frozen no instructions to eat looked on google if frozen needs to be cooked there should be proper instructions as you might think that they could be eaten raw won’t buy again waste of money king prawns ok and shrimps ets frozen solid Cheeper to buy elsewhere

Fabulous fish. Great choice. Shellfish is great. Being able to choose the deliver day/date makes it stress free, but please ask courier to knock/ring doorbell rather than leaving parcel on doorstep (in full sun).
