“Absolutely worth every penny. We return to this shop every year for our New Year's seafood platter. This year we focused on convenience and opted for mostly prepared shellfish and was not disappointed one bit. All really gorgeous. Would not buy from anywhere else. 10 out of 10.”

“I purchased a gift voucher as a Christmas present online. No problem at all. I had rung to enquire about a three fish roast previously. A very friendly lady was most helpful and said she’d put the idea forward. I’m hopeful for next year and happy to order two in advance!!”

“My first time using the Fish Society and I shall be using you again. The delivery came on the date and between the times stated. The trout fillets were well prepared and well packaged. I enjoyed eating them over Christmas and New Year and they certainly tasted much better than ones I would buy from the supermarket.”

“One of my two Christmas orders was not delivered. It was replaced and delivered after Christmas. The customer service as OK, albeit after the Christmas holiday, but offered no discount or token as a gesture of customer goodwill to reflect the time taken and emails sent to remedy the problem.”

“I rated 5 stars for The Fish Society for these reasons: 1. Lightening fast adjustments on the order errors they made. 2. Calling their customer service line were answered promptly and with curtesy and friendliness. 3. Impeccable packing! Never have received faulty packing affecting my orders. 4. Their “made by us”, are fantastic products. 5. Impressive selections and the high quality.”

“The fish had defrosted on arrival but the haddock and a crabs were good. This was my first and last purchase from you. Your constant bombardment with marketing emails is totally unacceptable, 4 yesterday, you are rapidly filling my spam box. Ridiculous behaviour.”

“3.45 pm on New Year's Eve and no sign of my delivery ! Tracking app shows it as being in Sketchley and may be delayed !, Looks like it'll be beans on toast for our New Year's Eve celebration . Not acceptable .”
