“I bought 3 smoked salmon sides as Christmas presents for households I was visiting this year. The salmon was delicious and they were very good value”

“Fish excellent. Communications poor. My delivery came short of fish with no explanation. Had to email to find out what had happened, to be told they didn’t have enough for my order, fair enough, but don’t take my money and give no explanation! I was refunded but I wonder if that would have happened without my email enquiry about part of order missing”

“I ordered lobster as a tree for NYE and while it clearly stated 100g, I wasn't expecting enough for one person . Maybe your image should show what a tiny amount 100g is by taking an image of it next to an egg or shallot to Show what £25 of lobster looks like. My mistake but hugely disappointed. It was delicious and the packaging and delivery all good”

“the order arrived a week late (that’s right!) - the fish was obviously stale and stinking. I told their customer service repeatedly to not deliver the order given how late it was - they still did and left me with the problem of having to dispose kilos of stale fish in central london. Awful experience.”

“You sent the wrong items and when you sent the replacements you managed to put another persons delivery note (with their name and address clearly displayed) and I presume you sent my name and address to your customer! I have written to you several times - all I get is an AI response - looks like nobody really cares about customer service., Great pity - so dissapointed for the founder Alistair and Jeremey (CEO).”

“Extremely disappointing. Our order arrived more than 24 hours late, forcing us to buy replacement elsewhere. When it eventually turned up, it was no longer cold. I emailed the company but received no response. I wouldn’t use this company again.”

“Three of the packets of fish were broken when they arrived. They failed to supply all my order, though did after I contacted them send a replacement. I was not happy with the standard of care to supply the goods or the attention to detail. The quality was good but I will now look eleswhere for a supplier.”
