“The fish, the sauces and the prepared meals are all of excellent quality and the tastes are wonderful. Worth the price to know exactly where everything was sourced, what ingredients were used and the delivery is spot on making the whole experience fantastic”

“AVOID AT ALL COST! Everything went wrong: discount code not applied, ordered 3 packets of the highest quality scampi: only got 2 and the 3rd one was the smallest ones (much cheaper), packaging arrived all broken and scampi broken. Have emailed multiple times. I get an AI generated answer then nothing. Here are pictures as proof”

“Excellent! My order arrived promptly and perfectly frozen. Everything was delicious for our New Year’s Eve feast. The cooked whole Atlantic prawns were so tasty and the raw XL prawns huge! Very easy to prepare yourself with their helpful video on the website. Everything else we ordered was super tasty. Would absolutely order again, thank you!”

“Some of my potted items arrived cracked and damaged. The fish I ordered vacuum seal had broken, I emailed the customer support however i never received a reply. But in that time I did receive about 15 advertisement emails!”

“Overall I’m very happy with your. Company . Had a delivery a couple of weeks ago and had a problem with a dressed Crab , I phoned you and the Lady that dealt with me was absolutely superb, she was kind and understanding and she made we feel special. I came off the phone totally satisfied and completely happy with my experience. I thank you for your fantastic customer service 10/10 . I will definitely be using the Company again very soon . Thank you again .”
