“I bought a whole lobster for all of my family as it was a special occasion but after slowly steaming them all ( i bought 4 ) no one was impressed at all, they were very dry and quite tasteless which was e real shame.”

“I ordered the deluxe scampi and I was very disappointed. The scampi was not wholetail and felt mushy and as if it was made from reformed fish. The flavour was just ok, batter was very good. I paid £15 for my pack and received just 11 pieces equating to circa £1.30 per piece - I felt this was very poor value for money and the product was sub par quality. Will not order again.”

“Ordered salmon gravlax and crab meat for New Year. Salmon gravlax was fine but I was sent smoked mackerel pate instead of crab meat. Tried to email them but the link on their website doesn't exist so could not contact them! Won't use them again!”
