“Spent £200 and on the day of the delivery there were no delivery arranged so I had to cancel my order absolutely unacceptable. Still waiting on my refund. Such a bad service on a really expensive price.”

“Excellent, consistent throughout my order of quality fish. I ordered the packs of fish bits (great sized pieces perfect for fish pie or goujons great value) plus a freezer pack of sockeye salmon and one of cod steaks. Again great quality fish well packed for delivery, clean and importantly no fishy smell when defrosted. The Fish Society are now our go to online fish merchant.”

“Ordered 4 packets of king prawns. The plastic bags of two of the packets were torn and the prawns were exposed. Emailed customer support and they simply just ask me to accept it and use a cling film to cover it myself. So much for guaranteeing quality.”

“The " cod' in batter I've been sent is very disappointing. A thin sliver of fish between two oily layers of batter. It does not brown as claimed. The amount of fish is a disgrace at £6 each. I had a good opinion of the Fish society but not now ps nothing like the web pictures”
