“Always great quality products, and it feels great to have the freezer stocked with such nutritious options! The only suggestion for improvement would be to think about ways to reduce the amount of plastic packaging, which is obviously difficult. For instance I have purchased frozen fillets in bulk before that were loose in one large bag, rather than individually wrapped.”

“Turbot was lovely and tasty. Scallops a bit small for king scallops but still tasty. Mackerel, two pieces were unusable because they were mushy and tasted off however the other 2 were perfect.”

“Totally inedible. Washed out, tasteless lobster with a weird consistency. Meat just crumbled. Worst experience of lobster. Had to throw away it definitely wasn’t right. Tried your phone no and email address but both dont work so was suprised you sent this review request when clearly you send out inferior goods and don’t want to be contacted. Will be putting photos on all social media and review boards as feel angry at having spent so much money on inedible items not fit for human consumption”

Hello Candice, We’re very concerned to read this, as what you’ve described is not consistent with the quality standards we work to. Lobster meat can occasionally become soft or crumbly if it has been previously thawed and refrozen, overcooked, or stored incorrectly after delivery. However, we would need to investigate properly before drawing any conclusions. We have fully operational phone and email channels, and we have no record of a successful contact attempt linked to this order. We would genuinely like the opportunity to review the matter. Please contact us directly at customer services with your order number and photographs so we can assess the product and advise appropriately. We take any suggestion that a product is “not fit for consumption” extremely seriously, and if there is a genuine issue, we will of course address it properly once we have the necessary information. “Love the prawns, very fat and juicy. Makes a lovely curry. Sadly , there is always odd numbers in the packet, which causes a fight over the odd one, but it's cooks rule.😋”

“Fish is good quality but the delivery is severely lacking. Despite me writing to the company they keep leaving our perishable fish in the common hallway, not bringing it up to the door and the driver is not even ringing the doorbell to let us know we have delivery”

“I would give a minus if I could, customer service was rude when the fish I ordered wasn't going to be delivered until it had been in a warehouse for delivery three days. I said it wasn't acceptable. Was told I couldn't order from them again, yet they kept taking a monthly subscription from me. Awful”
