“I liked the product purchase. Nothing wrong with your service and quality of product. I however had an issue with the person who delivered the item. It was left in the rain all night as it had been placed at the back of the house but no note was put through the door to notify me of it. So I found it the day after, box all wet and soft.”

“The fish society not only sells quality sea food but also provides helpful information about the fish. The recipes are useful and the team are on hand for other advice. They make it a great purchasing experience. The Fish Society is normally my go-to at Christmas and other holidays but this year I will put in a monthly order.”

“The fish I received was very good. However, the delivery company used provided a terrible service. The reason for 3 stars as opposed to 5 reflects the fact i made the fish company aware of the issues and there has been no response or assurances it wouldn't happen again. When you order fresh food the delivery service matters”

“Yes, I had purchased some stuff from You. My order number is #892456, parcel number is 155020707715120. My parcel hasn’t been delivered. I’ve got a message that my parcel was perishable and it cannot be delivered. I had informed You about this, but hadn’t got any reply. I’ve paid £90 for my stuff . Who is going to refund this?
