“Disappointed with the delivery condition of box and contents. Apparently dispatched on 13th May, delivered 15th May. The ice packs completely defrosted. Packages of fish slightly defrosted so immediately put contents in freezer. Bought in anticipation of a celebration next week so not sure if quality affected”

“Have ordered manx kippers twice now and they are very good. Any chance you can get whole brown shrimps (shell on)? Can't seem to find them anywhere. It seems that the bulk are being sold to the continent.”

“Terrible customer service - I ordered fish to arrive on Friday and when realising that I had accidentally ordered it to the wrong address because Shopify had auto filled my billing and shipping as the same - I called their customer service and they just said it's my problem and I would have to re-order it. No apologies, no guidance, no offer to help in any way. I then re-ordered it to arrive the following day - placing my order before 2pm so it would arrive the following day and paying next day delivery. I still haven't received my order. I then asked for a formal complaint email and again have heard nothing back. Honestly I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
