“I have been using The Fish Society for several years and the fish is good but recently I’ve noticed the pieces are smaller and are more expensive. Also the delivery is always pretty poor. I live on the second floor of an apartment building with a lift. I have a back problem and I always ask for the box to be delivered to my door, however, every time it is left downstairs despite asking for it to be delivered to my door. Overall the fish is good but the rest not so good…disappointing really!”

“I feel rather upset, as I never received my order, had confirmation and all the necessary information and details received for knowing my delivery was due to be coming, and it never came. I know it's easter weekend, but I ordered my selected items to come before the cut off for easter weekend. I'm really disappointed as I needed to meals I'd ordered as stated, nothing arrived.”

“I was very disappointed with my order, not the quality that was fine. However, when I received my box of fish it was defrosted? So I had to try and use the fish and shellfish same day. Not happy with service as a pensioner I was going to put them straight in the freezer and use them another day. Don't think I will use your service again.”

“We have ordered wild salmon roe, sea basa fish and cod liver. The quality was amazing and all the products fresh. Everything arrived well chilled/frozen. Would highly recommend. I am very pleased of the quality.”

“Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt. But the mussels were full of crushed shells which totally ruined the meal. Instruction were followed and used from frozen. Had I known I would have thawed and rinsed them first but as they were already cooked did not imagine they would be like that. I had to sieve remaining sauce to not waste every thing. YUCK!”

“Delivery was booked for Thursday, but didn't arrive. Courier says delivery will now be Saturday, so the fish is unlikely to be in a good state after 3/4 days in transit. May be the fault of the courier rather the supplier, but no response from either of them.”

“The potted shrimps, salmon pate, mini blinis and smoked salmon gravlax were a surprise gift to family members, and how they enjoyed their Good Friday lunch together! A delicious treat, all beautifully prepared and presented, with excellent packaging and delivery services. Thank you… we’ll be back!”
