“Delivery was very good and the halibut tasted good….the scallops were disappointing though for the price.”

“The product was good but was ordered for a specific event. The Delivery was delayed so therefore arrived 1day after the specified date. Very disappointing to be let down by the courier”

“Quite disappointed in the service. My wife and I ordered 200 GBP worth of products for our wedding celebration. Called on the eve, only to hear that the order was never dispatched. I had to call myself, didn’t get any email communications. Although understandable that our order was on Jan 2nd (the holiday period) the system should have never allowed us to proceed if it could not get fulfilled. Following this, we emailed to cancel and get a refund but was replied by an AI agent who later claimed that the order was fulfilled and referred our case to a human. It has been radio silence since. I tried calling today at 1pm (on a weekday) but could not reach an operator. This should be unacceptable especially that we have the membership. At first I was considering this as a one-time issue but the lack of response makes it that we won’t be returning to the fish society. We are still hoping to get a refund for the unfulfilled order and expect some reparation for making an already stressful wedding logistics even worse.”

“Excellent wild sockeye salmon - will purchase again. Through a delay with DPD (nothing to do with TFS the fish arrived defrosted. One call to TFS and I had another delivery on its way which arrived on time and fully frozen. Excellent customer service and produce.”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with The Fish Society. I clearly stated before placing my order that delivery needed to arrive before 1:00 pm, and their team explicitly confirmed this in email (see attached screenshot). Despite this, the delivery was late, my cancellation request was ignored, and the parcel was left unattended. On top of that, the quality of the food was not great. The company now refuses to issue a full refund. Their indifference and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services.”

“Always happy with the quality of seafood I receive , I also have ordered for family members as gifts and they were happy. I am not so pleased with the addition of £5 a month membership that must have been in my basket at some point, I emailed about this but not had a response, I would like this removed.”
