“Your product is great and so is the delivery speed however, the company that delivers it was not great. My husband stayed at home to receive the delivery but no one rang the doorbell or knocked at the door. They just dumped it in the porch and it was only found when I returned home much later on. Not good service at all considering it’s a fresh frozen product.”

“Disappointed with the delivery condition of box and contents. Apparently dispatched on 13th May, delivered 15th May. The ice packs completely defrosted. Packages of fish slightly defrosted so immediately put contents in freezer. Bought in anticipation of a celebration next week so not sure if quality affected”
