“Unfortunately not a great experience, you failed to answer telephone as requested by your customer service team, my request by email unanswered & gift voucher not sent to recipient. Will need to consider if I wish to go through the same experience again.”

Good morning David We tried to call this morning but no reply. Your gift voucher would have been sent to your email address as a PDF and for you then to forward to the recipient. We do not send out hard copies of our gift vouchers. We apologise that this was not made clear on our website and so we have now amended the description for clarity.
