“So the fish and crab was delivered on time and although of course frozen tasted fine. However the badgering to leave a review is really annoying - so many requests, as a business owner I would be embarrassed”

“Normally very good BUT PM deliveries are NOT VERY GOOD Ice packs broken and useless Most shellfish nearly thawed These NEW paper ice packs do NOT work I am writing separately to Fish Society re my latest delivery and see what is the response”

“Sadly 2 deliveries came thawed out completely. Although we were refunded, it just means we are unable to trust their method of company used to deliver safe products to store in our freezer. Vans used to deliver are ordinary & not suitable (I e) they should be freezer type for carrying fish.”

“Products, nice but expensive. Poor experience with the main purchase not supplied, invoiced but no communication possible due to weekend. Stock difficulty blamed but then product should not have been invoiced and customer informed prior to delivery. Poor service on this occasion.”
