“I’ve just received my parcel. I’m quite upset the company that you used they put it on my doorstep. Did not ring or knock on the door. Thank God I was waiting for it. It may be been there 10 minutes estimating if it was the car that I heard the box was boiling hot . Thank God you put the ice packs in there. They were completely defrosted. My fish was completely defrosted. the only reason I’ve kept and not had to chuck it was because thank God it was still cold but I’m probably not gonna order from you unless any time that’s not hot. I’m very disappointed with This. Orders should not be being sent out on hot days, especially if the courier is not gonna knock on the door and wait for the person to come and get it so it doesn’t sit on the doorstep and get boiling hot if this had been any other fish, I would’ve called you and sent it back . Also your fish is very expensive so I would believe that the courier you use would have made sure the fish got to me rather than being left on the doorstep in direct sunlight. I’ve not tasted the product yet. I’ve put it directly in my freezer. I will be doing a second review if the product doesn’t taste good.”

“My first order was packaged well and delivered with care by DPD. Great tasting fish. My second order nor so. DPD left the order in my front garden and it was stolen. Despite leaving clear instructions that the order should not be left in my front garden. The support from customer service at The Fish Society has been poor. No reassurances or sn offer to log a complaint with DPD. Im £124 down and very disappointed. The issues wirh my second delivery has put me off ordering again. If management read this. Im happy for them to reach out to me personally. I dont have much hope that they will.”

“I always order my caviar from fish society. My caviar order arrived on the selected date - and it was packaged extremely well in a nice cold box - which I really appreciated! The caviar itself tastes great!”

“Delivery not left to instruction by delivery company, DPD. Not the vendor, but being offered 50% back is unlawful. To be told that they're unable to claim back off the delivery company owing to ALL other issues is unbelievable. My bank has never heard of such tosh either.”
