“My order was changed somehow. The person at The Fish Society gave impression that he did not care and could not be bothered to apologise. I shall not be using The Fish Society again.”

“Normally good service but recently let down by DPD who failed to deliver on the appointed day ( Friday Jan 23rd) and unable to get any response from you until the following Monday”

“Hopeless. Delivery didn't come, although it was marked as 'fulfilled' on the website. I did get a prompt refund but that's all I can say. Obviously have cancelled my subscription - no interest from anyone as to why!”

“I bought white fish, sea food and smoked salmon all of which arrived as promised, not damaged and frozen. I had added a 'Clerance Item' too which was very good value and I've kept in the freezer as 'well in date'. All the items in the pack were clearly labled - This is great as no messing around, straight into the freezer.”
