“Very pleased with the quality & selection of fish. However, VERY displeased with the shipping. Arrived end of day when supposed to be with me by 12:00 & items starting to thaw! DHL, in my experience, has always been suspect for timely delivery. Not impressed once again!”

“Not good at all! The Fish Society was to deliver my order on Monday. They didn’t, ignored my 2 emails and when I called them the next day they told me:” It seems your order was overlooked from our side”. Nobody even said sorry! Customer service is so disappointing.”
