“I ordered frozen salmon pieces. Quality is awful. Fish is heavily oxidized. Price is inadecvate for such lowgrade product. Arbroath Smokies after slow defrost in fridge have bad texture of fish which took multiple cycles of frost/defrost.”

“I would like to praise The Fish society for their Ana ing quality with the fish that I ordered from them and its delivery to me. I ordered Mahi Mahi and Shell on prawns. I was quite worried as to what the quality will be like but took a risk and went ahead with my order. I had bad experiences before with online orders with other companies so naturally was a bit concerned. I was so amazed when I received the order from The Fish Society two days later. It was refrigerated properly, packed so well, fish was so fresh and couldn’t have asked for a better service . I have very high standards when it comes to food mainly as I am feeding my family and friends with it. When I actually made a curry with both the prawns and Mahi Mahi Fish it was so fresh and delicious to eat. I tske this opportunity to thank The Fish Society for their cleanliness, care towards their customers, valuing customers, providing an excellent service all around, and taking pride in your reputation as customers talk. You are worthy to serve us customers when majority retailers today are not worthy of our business. Most retailers today do not care to keep their word when selling something to us customers. They just want to rip us off by overcharging too. The Fish Society has done yourselves proud. Please do keep this up as soon as the standards or care goes down we as customers will know the difference. Thank you so much for your service to me. I sm do lucky to have found you. I definitely look forward to doing more business with you on a regular basis.”

“I have usually had excellent experiences with delivery from Fish Society, however my most experience has been awful. I requested for my delivery date to be changed from Mon to Tue. Unfortunately they couldn't change this, as it was a request over the weekend. So I was OK with that as I should have selected Tue. However, I was told it could not be changed and to expect the delivery. It didn't turn up, nor on the Tuesday. Contacted them again to find out what was happening. Then it was reschedule for Thursday again didn't turn up. I was away for a long weekend and got a notification that it was being deliver on Friday. None of my neighbours were around to take it in and refrigerate so i'm left with a pile of inedible mackerel. Really disappointed.”

“This review is directed at DPD. We still have no idea where our parcel was left. It was so disappointing as it was a surprise meal for my husbands birthday. I have contacted Dpd, as yet they haven't replied. It's a lot of money to loose.”

“The FS is fine but the delivery company needs to make sure the delivery instructions are as instructed!! My delivery was left inside my gate ..only by chance I saw it , otherwise it would have been well and truly defrosted !! Please take issue with your delivery company on your customer’s behalf. Thank you .”
