“Can’t comment on the flavour of the prawns I bought as I haven’t eaten any yet. However the box was well packaged as it was quite thick, but I think more ice would have been better as some of the prawns were rather soft, although cold when put straight in the freezer”

“tom yum soup for £8 its cheaper to drive 20 miles to my nearest town and order a bowl in a thai restaurant. i just don’t get it. terrible value for an ok tasting dish.”

“Really not impressed at all, we ordered fish on Thursday 9th of October, delivery was meant to be on Saturday the 11of October but it didn't arrive until Tuesday 14th of October totally thawed out. Certainly not what I expected,it was obviously lying in a van for days. Won't be ordering again.”

“This was my first order and I was impressed - I was able to order items not usually available locally, and my order arrived at the predcited time, well packed and very frozen. I am confident that had I not been in, it would have still been frozen for a good long time after delivery. I will certainly order again...”

“Ordered shellfish only. Came well packaged & still frozen. Good quality & tasty. There were a couple of issues either a different item being send but not notified of this, confusing emails. I contacted customer services who apologised for the oversight.”
