“my last order was for delicious prawns, you showed them in a glass jar and the prawns were large, i ordered 3x bags expecting to use them as delicious prawn coctails. i was so disappointed when they arrived the bags of prawns where not as the photo but quite small. Please look at your sales photo and be honest.”

“Thank you for a great service. Helpful, polite and efficient. Order arrived on time and well packed. The only problem was with delivery service who left the box outside the entrance when they could have pressed a bell to put it inside the hall. --------It isn't safe to leave parcels with access to passers by in London anymore.”

“Everything is delivered to your door nicely boxed and with freezer packs. It is always fresh, and the crab has flavor like it is supposed to have. So often, if I buy crab, it is overcooked and the flavor has suffered. Their crab is always just right.”
