The fish I received was very good. However, the delivery company used provided a terrible service. The reason for 3 stars as opposed to 5 reflects the fact i made the fish company aware of the issues and there has been no response or assurances it wouldn't happen again. When you order fresh food the delivery service matters

Yes, I had purchased some stuff from You. My order number is #892456, parcel number is 155020707715120. My parcel hasn’t been delivered. I’ve got a message that my parcel was perishable and it cannot be delivered. I had informed You about this, but hadn’t got any reply. I’ve paid £90 for my stuff . Who is going to refund this? The product was good but was ordered for a specific event. The Delivery was delayed so therefore arrived 1day after the specified date. Very disappointing to be let down by the courier

Quite disappointed in the service. My wife and I ordered 200 GBP worth of products for our wedding celebration. Called on the eve, only to hear that the order was never dispatched. I had to call myself, didn’t get any email communications. Although understandable that our order was on Jan 2nd (the holiday period) the system should have never allowed us to proceed if it could not get fulfilled. Following this, we emailed to cancel and get a refund but was replied by an AI agent who later claimed that the order was fulfilled and referred our case to a human. It has been radio silence since. I tried calling today at 1pm (on a weekday) but could not reach an operator. This should be unacceptable especially that we have the membership. At first I was considering this as a one-time issue but the lack of response makes it that we won’t be returning to the fish society. We are still hoping to get a refund for the unfulfilled order and expect some reparation for making an already stressful wedding logistics even worse.

Excellent wild sockeye salmon - will purchase again. Through a delay with DPD (nothing to do with TFS the fish arrived defrosted. One call to TFS and I had another delivery on its way which arrived on time and fully frozen. Excellent customer service and produce.
