“Fish delivery great, but absolute bombardment with spam emails even though I didn't sign up. Unsubscribing also doesn't seem to stop the endless marketing emails. Ok for fish, very bad for spam”

“Easy ordering and delivery. Great product. We ordered 2 x frozen giant prawns. I've always been a bit nervous about ordering frozen seafood, but they arrived perfectly frozen and within a 2 hour time frame that we were given in advance. I'd definitely do this again . Its really difficult to get decent prawns in supermarkets!”

“Very good quality of fish that we ordered: we tried sushi grade, black cod so far. Some other white fish is still in the freezer to be tried later. Good service overall. The prices are a bit over our budget, but with special offers we were quite happy to purchase.”

“We buy fish in bulk to stock our freezer with sockeye salmon, sardines, and mackerel for omega-3. The orders arrive on time (dpd) and frozen. The cardboard packaging works efficiently to keep the items cold during transit but without styro. The fish is fresh and tasty. Much better than from supermarkets.”

“Ordered prawns that did not disappoint in terms of size nor the way they cooked and tasted on our barbecue. Prawns were big enough to lay directly onto the grill without the need for skewering!”

“Lovely crab but disgusted with delivery, the driver left the package behind the rubbish bins in 30 degree heat. My neighbours were in and would have accepted the delivery. Had to cook them that day as despite being packed in ice they were fully defrosted. I would like to order from you again if you use a different courier”

“Product is normally excellent. Packaging was falling apart unfortunately, and therefore the frozen fish and prawns I brought were not temperature control. This was incredibly disappointing. After some time away I wanted to try FS out again. But, if they can't guarantee the condition of the product upon delivery then I will go somewhere else. This should be very basic for a company that has frozen products. Incredibly disappointed. I've had to discard many of the frozen prawn 250g packs because they had melted.”
