“Great products but one failing, your delivery company who have absolutely no respect for your products or your customers. I've had deliveries left outside my property propped against my gate in 30 degrees and in my greenhouse. I'll be finding a new supplier.”

Leaving perishable seafood in a greenhouse or propped against a gate in 30-degree heat is unacceptable. You are 100% right: top-quality products mean nothing if the delivery courier fails at the final hurdle. “All the fish arrived well frozen despite the boiling weather. It defrosted beautifully and there was no 'mushy' texture. The monkfish misshapes in particular were excellent value. I will definitely be ordering from you again”

“Having always like Swordfish steaks, I purchased some and even got to choose a Saturday delivery. Although Saturday delivery was more expensive, it was still 3 TIMES cheaper than eating it in the restaurant. I got a text on the day and they arrived packed frozen”

“I ordered Canadian lobster tail and you sent me A puney little tail which was thawed out Ie not frozen so it ended up in the bin I had lovely lady ring me up and apologised However that’s the last I heard from yourselves If that’s the level of service you have I won’t be buying anything else from You Disgraceful service AAChin”
