“The seafood boil/broil I ordered from you was like experiencing a blind person describing the ballet. Way off base. The snow crab was salty, not sweet, and I could complain about every aspect of the experience but you get the picture. BTW, the 3 packs of prawns I ordered (cold water) were also salty and not sweet. to be honest I really wasn't surprised when my dog turned them down after I did. I've always had very good products from you before so I don't know what happened this time. It was a sad loss of a Christmas treat for me I could ill afford.”

“Overall, I'm happy with fish quality. However, when I ordered salmon caviar, it came frozen (while the label on the jar was saying "do not freeze"). Freezing lowers the quality of caviar, that was not what I ordered. I wrote to the support via the chat on the web site, and the chat responded they would get back to me via the email. That has never happened.”

“Excellent , Crevettes gave us a luxury addition to the Prawn Coctails at Xmas and very good quality ,Tiger Prawns haven't tried yet but having worked within the seafood trade I know the quality is there. Delivery schedule was great will be ordering again at some point in New year . Best Regrds and Wishing all a Happy NewYear 2026 Alan”

“I ordered lobster tails from The Fish Society and they arrived frozen, meaty, and very fresh. I also picked up some similar lobster tails from my local fishmonger and they were not fresh at all, brown, and had a fishy smell. The lobster from The Fish Society was very fresh, tasty, and had more meat. I also had an issue with my order: 1 lobster tail was missing. The customer service team responded and provided a refund to make it right, which was impressive. I will be a repeat customer.”

“This is not a critiscism of the fish, which is good quality. Rather delivery, which is packed the night before. Despite cold dry ice, the packets floated around in a huge box and were almost defosted on arrival. Added to which, because I live in a block of apartments, the delivery man did not want to take past the front door. Luckily I arrived to intercept him just in time. For this reason, I cannot buy from the Fish Society for concern that they product does not stay fresh.,”
