“We bought a selection of including whole mackerel, char, hake, whole bass and fishcakes. They have all been delicious so far. Fast service. And I’m going to need a bigger freezer!!”

“After putting my order in at 9am I was expecting it to be delivered NEXT DAY like they say but next day arrived and no fish .At this I think it's a good job I was not having some friends over for dinner. So after chasing up my order they said it was for the next day but when I tell them the time I ordered it because it was on my phone. I get a sorry. When the fish arrived it was not the ones on the video saying these are the fish we have in stock .so not a good experience 😕”

“The range and quality of the fish is brilliant also good value for money and arrives within 2 days with DPD. Plus we'll packed and still frozen. Ive ordered a couple times and will be ordering again the escargo are to die for.”

“After delaying shipping for almost a week for no clear reason and various other mishaps, The Fish Society arranged a delivery on a date nobody would be around to accept it, causing the food to spoil. Rather than asking if this was an acceptable date before doing so, they actively misinformed me about when the delivery would be. The Fish Society seems to generally take around 24 hours to respond to emails, although my last email, requesting a refund for the spoiled goods, has now been ignored for six days. In the meantime, I went and ordered from The Fresh Fish Shop UK, my order from them arrived on time and was delicious. I would actively discourage people from purchasing anything from The Fish Society.”

“The only way we'll buy fish now. Great value, easy to choose, fast delivery & all still full frozen, some recipe ideas. We signed up for the membership too, we try and buy as little as we can now from supermarkets, we have an abundence of farms with shops but no fishmongers, we used to live right by the best Fish Shop ever but it's too far to drive to now we've moved, so this is ideal for us... My last order I contacted them the day before it was due to be posted and they added something to my order, no hassle, no fuss...every bit of the fish we've used so far has been lovely, really good quality and size, the king prawns were a meal in themselves..highly reccomended.”

“Unfortunately the delivery took so long most of the order had thawed and had to be thrown away. The Fish Society was very helpful and supportive and refunded the value of what was jettisoned. It was the fault of the delivery service.”
