“Order received on schedule although the packing could do with some added insulation. Any serious delay on delivery, especially on a warm day, could find the order defrosted. Got close on the odd occasion. Other than that little matter, the product has so far always been very tasty. Although I don't order very frequently, about once or twice a month, only once had they run out of an item at the time of my order. I find then very reliable and although more expensive than supermarkets, the taste and quality of their fish far exceeds the cheaper prices. Well worth it. Just starting to think what to place for my next order.”

“Firstly sent to incorrect address. When I reported this I was told that they would re deliver in around 3 days. It’s now 6 days later and no delivery. I can’t comment on the product as I haven’t got it. Deeply disappointing.”

“The fish at first seems a little pricey, however when you see the quality and then the taste, there's no comparison to the supermarkets,& as the saying goes you only get quality when you pay for it”

“The smoked salmon was superb. Far more delicious than any other smoked salmon in supermarkets. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was that the fish arrived a day later than had been promised. The fish had partially defrosted, and I was not sure it was safe to refreeze. [It was]. Also, the fish was too big to fit into my American size freezer so I had to bend it to fit in. But it was deliciious!”

“We ordered black cod , sashimi salmon and tuna . The black cod is to die for I would say it is even better than the restaurants . Thank you for bringing 5 * fine dining to our home cooked ( credit to my husband cooking too 😉)”
