“I live near the sea but still purchase my fish from the Fish Society. The quality of the fish is second to none, arrives when you want it and is superbly packaged. Throughly recommended!”

“I have used your company a few times to buy a gift for my dad whose favourite food was crabs claws. Sadly he passed away last week after a short illness. A couple of weeks before he died he was struggling to eat anything so I sent him a box of his favourite food from yourselves. It was a complete surprise. My mum sent me a picture of him opening the box the smile on his face was wonderful. It will forever be one of my most treasured memories of him and his love of crabs claws!!. Thank you! “As pensioners we do not need a huge amount of fish regularly. I have been paying a subscription for nearly a year and not ordered as I cannot get my head around a huge order to save on postage. My subscription should give me free delivery on a periodical order which makes more sense.”

“1st time ordering; 'fresh' crab, atlantic peeled prawns and some crab claws. The crab, though frozen, was acceptable and I used it in a risotto, wouldn't make a sandwich from it. However, the prawns were awful. Grey in colour and tasteless. The crab claws looked 'old' although stated to be frozen in Aug and were watery. I was lured to this company via their statement of 'fresher than a supermarket'. Maybe their fish is, but on this experience I won't bother again. Will order elsewhere.”

“I put in order for seafood for my birthday from the Fish Society and the order never arrived. THey were aware it was my birthday as I ponted it out. They have said they will give a refund. I am aware these things do happen but I also sat around in my house waiting for the delivery that never came.”

“The quality of the products was high. The only problem was the DHL delivery process which delayed the order by 4 days. Once I contacted the Fish Society they sent a replacement order that arrived when it should have. Excellent service.”
