“My Order Order #866619. Arrived UNFROZEN. Despite trying to phone The Fish Society and sent numerous emails. I have had no response at all. The phone number and email on their site do not exist. I would be happy if they could contact me to resolve this matter. Unlike such time I will carry on putting negative comments on their Facebook adverts. They have my email, so I look forward to hearing from them in the near future. J Anstey.”

“Both separate orders didn't appear when supposed to. Had to email customer service. Dean from customer service, was very prompt in replying to me both times. He sorted the issues out and I got my parcels delivered in 2/3 days.”
